Proxy / buy-for-me fee
5% of item price (min ฿200, cap ฿1,000 for orders of 5 items or fewer). Bulk orders over 5 items: 5% with no cap. Paying several requests in one checkout charges each request 5% of its own price (minimum ฿50), then applies the ฿200 minimum and the cap once to the basket.
Store pickup in Bangkok
+฿500 per request when we go to a physical shop in Bangkok to buy it for you, on top of the proxy fee. Tick it on your Buy For Me request and tell us the shop and branch.

Payment processing fee
Charged to the customer as a separate line item: Thai card 3.65% + ฿10, international card 4.75% + ฿10; VAT on processing fees included.
The first photo of each parcel is free — ask for it from your parcel list; further requests are ฿100 for three. We open the outer box to check the item and photograph it, then tape it back up. Your product packaging is not opened. Rates are estimates — final shipping cost is confirmed before you pay.
