Privacy Policy
ThaiFanShip collects only the information needed to provide forwarding, proxy-buying, payment, support, and shipment services.

Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email, phone number, preferred language, shipping addresses, parcel declarations, order notes, uploaded parcel photos, invoices, payment status, shipment tracking details, and support messages.
How we use information
We use your information to create your ThaiFanShip ID, identify parcels, prepare quotes, combine shipments, issue invoices, process payments, send workflow emails, provide customer support, and comply with legal or customs requirements.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. ThaiFanShip does not store full card numbers. We also rely on cloud infrastructure providers for our database (hosted in the Singapore region), hosting, and email delivery. For international shipments, your name, address, and parcel details are shared with the selected carrier (e.g. Thailand Post, DHL, FedEx) and may be disclosed to customs authorities in the origin and destination countries as required by law.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — without it, the site can't recognize your account. We also use a cookie-free analytics tool that doesn't collect personal identifiers. We don't use advertising or marketing cookies, so there's nothing to opt out of.
Your rights under PDPA
ThaiFanShip complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure where no longer necessary; withdraw consent at any time; object to or restrict processing; and request data portability. To exercise any right, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
Contact and access requests
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Some operational records may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, customs, or legal compliance.
Retention and security
We keep operational data only as long as reasonably needed for the service, customer support, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Access to customer and parcel data is limited to authorized team members and protected through application roles and provider security controls.
