ThaiFanShip forwards eligible Thai purchases from Bangkok to Malaysia, and Malaysia is one of only three destinations with our special Door-to-Door rate: express, tracked to the door, and priced per box from the table below. Buy with your free Thai address or use Buy For Me, combine what has arrived, and compare it with the other tracked services once the box is packed.

Special Door-to-Door rate to Malaysia
An exclusive express rate for Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong only: delivered to the door, usually 1–3 days in transit, and tracked the whole way.

- Up to 15 kg per box; length, width, and height add up to no more than 130 cm, with no side over 100 cm.
- Each box is priced on its own, on its actual weight or L × W × H ÷ 6,000, whichever is greater. Every started kilogram counts.
- Handling is ฿180 per box on top. Import tax, where the destination charges it, is separate.
The calculator and your packed quote show this rate next to the other services, so you can choose whichever suits the box.

Malaysian sales tax on low-value goods
- Malaysia's Ministry of Finance applies a 10% sales tax to low-value goods — goods valued at RM500 or less — brought into Malaysia by land, sea, or air, in force since 1 January 2024.
- The tax is aimed at goods sold online. Sellers registered for low-value goods charge it at checkout; registration and the rules are on the Royal Malaysian Customs Department's MyLVG portal.
- Goods valued above RM500 go through ordinary customs clearance, where import duty and sales tax may be assessed according to the goods.
- Prohibited and restricted goods — certain medicines, supplements, cosmetics, food, and plant or animal products among them — can need a permit or be refused whatever their value.
Prepare a Malaysia-bound shipment
- Keep invoices or order confirmations that show whether the seller already charged Malaysian sales tax
- Declare each item's real description, quantity, and purchase value
- A consolidated box travels as one shipment, so check the combined value rather than each Thai parcel
- Check medicines, supplements, cosmetics, and food separately before combining them with merchandise
- Give a Malaysian phone number the courier can reach to arrange delivery
Thai fandom orders to Malaysia
Albums, photobooks, and concert goods suit Door-to-Door well, but it prices each box on its own, by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. A compact, well-filled box costs less than a large light one, so ask for extra protection for boxsets and acrylic goods inside the box rather than a bigger box around them, and let the packed quote confirm the price.
Official customs sources
Rules, thresholds, carrier procedures, and government measures can change. The destination authority—not ThaiFanShip—makes the final import decision.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the special Door-to-Door rate to Malaysia?
฿275 for a box up to 1 kg, then ฿55 for each started kilogram after that, up to 15 kg a box (฿495 at 5 kg). Handling of ฿180 per box is added, and the packed quote confirms the final price.
Is there a size or weight limit?
Up to 15 kg per box, with length, width, and height adding up to no more than 130 cm and no single side over 100 cm. A bigger haul goes as several boxes, each priced separately, or by another service from the calculator.
Will I pay the 10% low-value goods tax?
It depends on how the goods were sold. Registered online sellers charge it at checkout on goods of RM500 or less, so keep that receipt. For anything else, Malaysian Customs decides at import.
