Collector Guide
How to Buy Thai Pokémon Cards from Overseas
Updated October 2026 · Reviewed by ThaiFanShip Operations
Thailand has had its own Thai-language Pokémon Trading Card Game since 2019, and collectors abroad want the Thai printings: language collectors completing a Pikachu set, players chasing a promo, and fans who simply like the Thai text. Most Thai card shops sell only inside Thailand. This guide covers where to buy, how we handle sealed boxes and singles, and how to get cards to you flat and undamaged.
Where Thai Pokémon cards are sold
- Official Pokémon card retailers and hobby shops in Thailand, many with their own online stores
- Card shops on Shopee Thailand, Lazada Thailand and Facebook selling boosters, boxes and singles
- Local events and tournaments, where promos are sometimes handed out
Fake boosters and resealed packs exist. Prefer official retailers and established shops. ThaiFanShip can photograph what arrives, but we do not authenticate or grade cards.
Option 1: order yourself and ship to your Thai address
- 1Create a ThaiFanShip account and copy your Bangkok warehouse address and ThaiFanShip ID.
- 2Order from the Thai shop and use that address for delivery.
- 3Register the incoming parcel in your dashboard so the warehouse matches it quickly.
- 4Combine it with your other Thai orders and choose a carrier.
Option 2: Buy For Me
- 1Send the listing link, the set code or card number, condition and quantity.
- 2We quote the price, domestic delivery and our fee before buying.
- 3Pay the quote; our Thai team orders, including from shops that only take Thai bank transfer or chat orders.
- 4The cards arrive at our warehouse and can be photographed before they ship.
Sealed product stays sealed
We never open booster packs, booster boxes or sealed collections: a broken seal changes what they are worth. For a photo, we open only the delivery carton. Singles are photographed as they arrive, in the sleeve or toploader the seller used.
Packing cards so they arrive flat
- Choose Toploader packing (฿30) for singles: each card goes into a rigid sleeve
- Choose Extra bubble or Heavy duty for booster boxes, so corners and shrink-wrap survive
- Ask sellers to ship singles in a sleeve and toploader too, so they reach our warehouse undamaged
Customs value
Declare what you actually paid. A high-value single declared as a few dollars can be held or seized, and it leaves you without cover if the parcel is lost. We will not undervalue a declaration, and for valuable cards a tracked carrier such as EMS World or DHL Express is the safer choice.
Thai Pokémon cards FAQ
Are Thai Pokémon cards official?
Yes. Thai-language Pokémon TCG products have been released officially in Thailand since 2019. Buy from official retailers and established shops to avoid fakes.
Will you open booster packs or check pulls?
No. We never open booster packs or sealed boxes. We open only the outer delivery carton when you request a photo.
Can you grade cards or send them to PSA?
No. We receive, photograph, store and ship. Grading is something you arrange after the cards reach you.
How do you protect single cards?
Choose Toploader packing and each card goes into a rigid sleeve before it is boxed. Add Extra bubble for booster boxes.
Can you buy from a Facebook card shop?
Usually yes, through Buy For Me, if the seller gives us the item, price and payment details. Send the post link and card details for review.
