How to Order Thai Snacks from Big C, Lotus's & 7-Eleven
Updated October 2026 · Reviewed by ThaiFanShip Operations
A box of Thai snacks is one of the things our customers order most: crackers, dried mango, crisps in flavours sold only in Thailand, instant coffee and Thai tea. Big C, Lotus's and 7-Eleven's online shops deliver inside Thailand, so the box comes to our Bangkok warehouse first. This guide covers what travels well, what your country may refuse at the border, and how to stop a snack box costing more to post than to fill.
What our customers order
- Cracker snack packs and spreads, such as Nautilus tuna crackers
- Dried and coated fruit, such as chocolate-coated dried mango
- Crisps in Thai-only flavours
- Instant coffee and 3-in-1 sachets, and Thai tea mixes such as ChaTraMue
Option 1: order yourself and deliver to your Thai address
- 1Create a ThaiFanShip account and copy your Bangkok warehouse address and ThaiFanShip ID.
- 2Order from Big C, Lotus's or 7-Eleven All Online and use that address for home delivery.
- 3Register the incoming order in your dashboard so the warehouse matches it quickly.
- 4Add your other Thai purchases, then consolidate and ship.
Supermarket checkouts often want a Thai phone number and Thai payment. If yours is refused, send us the product links through Buy For Me.
What we cannot ship, and what your country may refuse
We only ship sealed, shelf-stable food. Anything fresh, frozen or needing a fridge is refused at our warehouse. Beyond that, the rules that matter are your destination's.
- Snacks containing meat — crispy chicken skin, pork floss, meat jerky — are restricted or banned by many countries. Check before you buy them.
- Drinks in cans and bottles are heavy and may leak; they rarely make sense to post.
- Some countries limit the quantity of food a private person may import, or ask for an ingredient list on the declaration.
If customs refuses a food item, it is usually destroyed at the border. We declare every item honestly; we cannot disguise food as something else.
Expiry dates and freshness
Shipping abroad takes days to weeks, and supermarket snacks may already be months into their shelf life when they reach us. Request a photo to check the best-before dates, and ship snack boxes soon after they arrive rather than leaving them in storage.
Keep the box worth it
Crisps are mostly air: they fill a box long before they make it heavy, and carriers charge for size as well as weight. Mix light, bulky snacks with dense ones like coffee sachets and dried fruit, and try your order in the calculator on our pricing page before you check out.
Thai snacks FAQ
Do Big C, Lotus's or 7-Eleven ship abroad?
Their online shops deliver inside Thailand. Deliver to your ThaiFanShip Bangkok address, or let us order for you through Buy For Me.
Can you ship crispy chicken skin or pork floss?
We can ship sealed, shelf-stable snacks, but many countries restrict meat products and may destroy them at the border. Check your destination's rules first.
Can you ship frozen or chilled food?
No. We cannot store or ship anything fresh, frozen or refrigerated.
Can you check best-before dates?
Yes. Request a photo and say what you want to see. The first photo of each parcel is free.
Why is shipping so high for a box of crisps?
Carriers charge for the box's size as well as its weight, and crisps are bulky. Mixing them with denser items gets more value out of each box.
