How to Buy from Watsons Thailand from Overseas

Watsons Thailand is where many international customers stock up on Thai drugstore beauty: whitening lotions sold only in the Thai market, acne patches, lipsticks from Thai brands, sunscreen and gummies. The products are cheap; getting them out of Thailand is the hard part. This guide covers how to order, which items cannot be flown, and how to keep a beauty haul from costing more to ship than to buy.

Option 1: order yourself and ship to your Thai address

What cannot fly
Airlines and postal services refuse dangerous goods, and a beauty haul is where they hide. We cannot ship these, and a parcel containing them is held:
- Aerosols of any kind: spray sunscreen, dry shampoo, spray deodorant, mousse
- Flammable liquids: perfume and body mist with alcohol, nail polish and remover
- Some setting sprays and toners with a high alcohol content — check the label for a flame symbol

Keep the box light
Shipping is priced by weight and box size, and lotions are heavy. A 400 ml bottle weighs close to half a kilo. Before you order a large haul, run the weight through the calculator on our pricing page: the travel sizes and refill pouches Watsons sells often cost far less to ship than full bottles. Choose Extra bubble packing for glass jars and pump bottles.

Does Watsons Thailand ship internationally?

Can you ship perfume or spray sunscreen?
No. Perfume with alcohol, nail polish and all aerosols are dangerous goods for air transport and cannot be shipped. Creams and lotions are fine.
Can you check expiry dates?
Yes. Request a photo of the parcel and say what you want to see. The first photo of each parcel is free.
Can I use Watsons member points or promotions?
If you order yourself, any promotion your account receives applies as normal. For Buy For Me we buy at the price shown when we place the order and pass it on.
Will customs in my country accept cosmetics?
Most countries accept personal quantities of cosmetics, but supplements and medicated products have stricter rules. Check your destination's import rules before ordering.
